Review the material, artwork and finishing together before approving production.
Detailed artwork, woven into your patch.
Woven patches use interlaced threads to reproduce logos, lettering and graphic details with a flatter surface than embroidery.
They can be a useful choice for artwork containing finer lines. Suitability still depends on the final size and design.

| Option | What to consider |
|---|---|
| Artwork | Woven construction can suit fine linework and smaller lettering. Send a full-size proof so the available detail can be assessed. |
| Edge | Compare a merrowed border with a cut edge. Intricate shapes and narrow corners may need a different finish. |
| Backing | Sew-on, iron-on and adhesive options should be matched to the receiving fabric and intended use. |
| Size and colour | State the finished outer dimensions and reference colours. Include border width and any attachment allowance. |
Artwork, approval and ordering
Send the original logo file together with finished width and height, quantity per design, required colours and delivery country. Tell us where the item will be attached and how it will be used or cared for. A clear photograph of an existing trim can be helpful, but it does not replace dimensions or an artwork file.
We review the construction before confirming a quotation. Minimum quantities, sample arrangements, setup requirements, production timing and delivery charges are project-specific and are stated in the written quotation. If a deadline is fixed, tell us before approving the order.
When should I choose woven instead of embroidered?
Start with the visual effect. Woven patches have a flatter surface, while embroidery creates a more pronounced stitched texture. If fine artwork is the priority, compare both at the same finished size; do not select solely from a magnified screen image.
