Review the material, artwork and finishing together before approving production.
A woven signature for your garments.
Woven labels form the design from coloured threads. They are commonly used for brand names, logos, neck labels and hem details.
Label folds, weave and colour choices depend on the artwork and dimensions. Small lettering must be reviewed for legibility.

From enquiry to production
We review the artwork and requested options, confirm the quotation and agree the production specification. Any artwork or sample approval requirements are discussed before production begins.

Use these choices as a starting point for a complete specification. Availability and suitability are confirmed after we review your artwork and intended application.
| Option | What to consider |
|---|---|
| Damask | A fine woven construction to discuss for small lettering and detailed logos. Legibility still depends on final dimensions, yarn and artwork. |
| Taffeta | An alternative woven construction for simpler branding. Compare the physical handle and definition against your intended application. |
| Satin weave | Consider a smoother surface and sheen. Review colour contrast and reverse-side appearance before choosing. |
| Yarn and density | Standard, high and ultra-high are quotation options, not universal numerical standards. Ask for the actual construction proposed. |
| Metallic and recycled yarn | Gold or silver metallic effects and recycled polyester can be discussed. Confirm availability, applicable documentation and the approved sample. |
| Cut and fold | Straight-cut, heat-cut and ultrasonic edges; centre, end, mitre and Manhattan folds are reviewed against garment placement. |
Artwork, approval and ordering
Send the original logo file together with finished width and height, quantity per design, required colours and delivery country. Tell us where the item will be attached and how it will be used or cared for. A clear photograph of an existing trim can be helpful, but it does not replace dimensions or an artwork file.
We review the construction before confirming a quotation. Minimum quantities, sample arrangements, setup requirements, production timing and delivery charges are project-specific and are stated in the written quotation. If a deadline is fixed, tell us before approving the order.
How do I measure a folded label?
Provide both the visible face dimensions and the full cut size, with fold allowances marked. A 30 mm visible label is not necessarily a 30 mm cut piece. Specify the sewing allowance separately and show which face carries the logo.
