Clear answers. Better decisions.
Practical guidance for planning custom labels, patches and printed branding. Your written quotation confirms the terms for your order.
Starting an order
What information do you need for a quotation?
Send the product type, artwork, width and height in millimetres, quantity per design and delivery country. Add the preferred fold, backing or border, garment type and any deadline. If you are unsure, tell us the intended application and we can discuss options.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product, design and production setup. State the quantity for each design or colourway. Your quotation confirms the practical minimum; there is no single published minimum that applies to the entire range.
Can you quote a small test order?
Share the required quantity and intended repeat order. We can review what is practical for that construction and explain any setup or sampling costs in the quotation.
Do you sell ready-made products or manufacture custom designs?
Our focus is custom labels, patches and printed branding made to an agreed specification. The images and studio previews explain possibilities; they are not an online stock or price list.
How long do sampling and production take?
Timing depends on the product, artwork, material availability, finishing and order workload. Sampling and production schedules are confirmed with the quotation and approval process. Tell us your required delivery date before ordering.
Can I pay or place an order directly in the studio?
The studio prepares a design enquiry. It does not take payment or approve a manufacturing order. We review your configuration, confirm feasibility and provide a quotation before you proceed.
Artwork and approval
Which artwork files can I send?
Use the website upload for a supported image or PDF and keep the original design file available. A clear vector PDF is useful for detailed artwork; a high-resolution PNG or JPG can support initial review. The upload field shows the permitted formats and size limit.
Can you work from a photograph of an existing label?
Yes, a clear front and back reference with written dimensions can help explain the intended result. It does not replace original artwork or approval of the proposed materials. Only send designs you have permission to use.
Will my screen colours match the finished product?
Screen colours are references rather than a promise of an exact material match. Thread, ink and moulded materials reflect light differently. Share physical or colour-system references and identify critical colours before approval.
Is the studio preview a production proof?
No. It is a visual explanation of your proposed layout. Texture, stitch detail, colour, folds and dimensions need manufacturing review. Production follows the specification and approval agreed with our team.
What should I check before approving a proof?
Check spelling, size, orientation, colours, artwork placement, visible area, fold allowances, backing and quantity breakdown. Care or composition text must be supplied and checked by you for the intended product and market.
Can I request a physical sample?
Ask before placing the production order. The available sample method, cost, delivery and approval schedule depend on the product and are confirmed separately. A physical sample is useful when feel, texture or colour is critical.
Materials and construction
Should I choose woven labels or printed labels?
Woven labels create the design with yarn and give a textile finish. Printed labels can suit detailed information and care instructions on a suitable substrate. Choose according to readability, feel, dimensions and the garment’s care requirements. Read our woven versus printed guide.
What is the difference between woven and embroidered patches?
Woven construction can suit fine detail and smaller lettering. Embroidery produces a more raised stitched texture. Artwork, finished size, desired appearance and attachment help determine which is more suitable.
Which label folds can I request?
Options include end fold, centre fold, mitre fold and other constructions such as Manhattan fold where appropriate. State the visible face size separately from the total cut size, and explain how the label will be sewn into the garment.
Which patch backings are available?
Depending on the product, options may include sew-on, iron-on, hook-and-loop and adhesive, with pin or magnetic options for suitable designs. Availability is construction-specific and confirmed with the quotation.
Can iron-on or adhesive backing be used on every fabric?
No. Heat sensitivity, surface coatings, stretch, texture and care conditions affect suitability. Test the proposed attachment on the actual fabric before bulk application. Ask whether stitching is preferable for the intended use.
How should I choose a patch border?
A merrowed border creates a wrapped edge and suits compatible shapes. Cut-edge options can suit more detailed outlines. The design, corner shape, thickness and appearance influence the recommendation.
Can I request metallic or recycled yarn?
Tell us the effect or material requirement before quotation. Metallic gold or silver and recycled-polyester options can be reviewed for the proposed construction. Availability, colour and any required supplier evidence are confirmed per order.
Is Intime an OEKO-TEX certified company?
We do not claim company or universal finished-product certification. Where specified, products can be made with OEKO-TEX certified yarns. Ask to review the applicable supplier documentation and scope for your proposed materials.
Can you provide other certification or testing documents?
Send the exact standard, material scope and destination-market requirement before quotation. Available supplier documentation and any additional testing requirements are reviewed for the proposed order. We do not imply that every product holds certification.
Shipping, payments and aftercare
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Provide your country, postcode and delivery address details so available shipment options and charges can be reviewed. Transit estimates, destination charges and customs responsibilities should be confirmed in your quotation.
Are shipping, taxes and duties included?
Only where expressly stated in the quotation. Ask for the delivery terms and a clear breakdown of product cost, shipping and any destination responsibilities before confirming your order.
What payment terms apply?
Payment method, currency, deposit or balance requirements are confirmed in writing with your quotation. Do not assume credit or cash-on-delivery terms. The website does not collect card payments.
Can several designs be shipped together?
Tell us all designs, quantities and the required destination when requesting the quotation. Consolidated packing and shipment can then be reviewed alongside production schedules and any design-specific minimums.
How do I reorder an existing design?
Share the previous reference, approved artwork and any changes to size, colour, backing or quantity. The team will confirm the current specification, materials, price and schedule before a new production run.
What if I have a concern about a delivery?
Contact us promptly with the order reference, quantities affected and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Keep the items and packaging available while the concern is reviewed against the approved specification and order terms.
Let’s agree the details that matter.
Send your artwork, dimensions, quantity and destination. We will review the construction and confirm a practical quotation.
