Configure this product ↗Raised stitching with a classic finish.

Review the material, artwork and finishing together before approving production.
Classic texture. Visible character.
Embroidered patches use stitched thread to create a raised, textured design for garments, uniforms, bags and accessories.
Fine lettering, stitch direction, border style and the amount of embroidery affect the finished appearance.

| Option | What to consider |
|---|---|
| Flat embroidery | A classic stitched surface. Thread direction, stitch coverage and ground fabric contribute to the appearance. |
| 3D puff | Raised embroidery for suitable shapes and lettering. Very fine strokes and small enclosed gaps require artwork review. |
| Special effects | Metallic, reflective, appliqué, chenille combinations and hand-finished work are available for discussion. |
| Borders | Merrowed, laser-cut and heat-cut options depend on shape, ground material and sewing method. |
| Attachments | Discuss sew-on, iron-on, hook-and-loop, adhesive, pin or magnetic attachment. Suitability must be checked for the application. |
Artwork, approval and ordering
Send the original logo file together with finished width and height, quantity per design, required colours and delivery country. Tell us where the item will be attached and how it will be used or cared for. A clear photograph of an existing trim can be helpful, but it does not replace dimensions or an artwork file.
We review the construction before confirming a quotation. Minimum quantities, sample arrangements, setup requirements, production timing and delivery charges are project-specific and are stated in the written quotation. If a deadline is fixed, tell us before approving the order.
Does more stitch coverage always mean a better patch?
No. Coverage changes the visual texture, flexibility and use of the ground fabric. An intentionally visible twill background can be part of the design. Approve the material, thread colours and coverage together rather than treating coverage as an isolated quality score.
