Review the material, artwork and finishing together before approving production.
Bold forms with a soft textured finish.
Chenille patches use looped yarn to create a plush surface. Bold letters and varsity-style designs are common applications.
Very fine details may need another technique or a combined construction. We review the artwork at its intended size.

| Option | What to consider |
|---|---|
| Chenille areas | Mark the areas intended for a looped, textured surface. Larger shapes usually communicate this effect more clearly than tiny details. |
| Embroidery combination | Combine chenille areas with embroidery for outlines, smaller text or contrasting detail, subject to artwork review. |
| Ground and border | Agree the base material, edge treatment and whether the surrounding ground is intentionally visible. |
| Placement | Check the bulk against the garment position, seam allowance and attachment method. |
| Production route | Chenille work uses vetted partners. Requested backing, samples and quantities are confirmed in the quotation. |
Artwork, approval and ordering
Send the original logo file together with finished width and height, quantity per design, required colours and delivery country. Tell us where the item will be attached and how it will be used or cared for. A clear photograph of an existing trim can be helpful, but it does not replace dimensions or an artwork file.
We review the construction before confirming a quotation. Minimum quantities, sample arrangements, setup requirements, production timing and delivery charges are project-specific and are stated in the written quotation. If a deadline is fixed, tell us before approving the order.
Can every detail be made in chenille?
Fine lettering and narrow decorative lines may need a different technique within the same patch. A combined construction can retain the plush effect in larger areas while using embroidery for detail. Send the artwork at its intended finished size.
