Use these choices as a starting point for a complete specification. Availability and suitability are confirmed after we review your artwork and intended application.
| Option | What to consider |
|---|---|
| Stock | Discuss card weight, surface, colour and the feel you want. Compare a sample if stiffness or surface finish is important. |
| Supply front and back artwork, colour references and any print-specific instructions. | |
| Finishing | Mark the cut shape, hole position and desired special finishing for review. |
| Attachment | Specify string, cord or another attachment requirement together with its colour and length. |
| Production route | Hang-tag work and packaging finishing are handled in-house; offset printing may use vetted partners where appropriate. |
Artwork, approval and ordering
Send the original logo file together with finished width and height, quantity per design, required colours and delivery country. Tell us where the item will be attached and how it will be used or cared for. A clear photograph of an existing trim can be helpful, but it does not replace dimensions or an artwork file.
We review the construction before confirming a quotation. Minimum quantities, sample arrangements, setup requirements, production timing and delivery charges are project-specific and are stated in the written quotation. If a deadline is fixed, tell us before approving the order.
What should the artwork include?
Send separate front and back layouts with the finished outline and hole position clearly identified. Keep essential text away from cuts and holes. The production team will confirm the required bleed and safe area for the selected process rather than relying on a generic template.
Folded tags and product booklets
A folded hang tag or small product booklet can carry a brand story, care information or a product explanation. Specify finished and open size, page count, paper preference, folds, binding, hole position and string or attachment. Page count and fold structure affect the artwork layout.
Supply page-by-page content and mark the front, back and inside panels. Final paper, printing and finishing are confirmed in the quotation; a screen preview is not a colour proof.
