| Colour areas | Separate the design into clear colour regions. Agree the colour references and surface effect with the quotation. |
| Sewing channel | If the patch will be stitched, request an appropriate perimeter channel and include it in the dimensions. |
| Backing | Sew-on, iron-on, hook-and-loop and adhesive options are discussed against the receiving surface. |
| Production route | PVC injection is supplied through a vetted production partner. Tooling, samples and timing are confirmed for the approved design. |
Artwork, approval and ordering
Send the original logo file together with finished width and height, quantity per design, required colours and delivery country. Tell us where the item will be attached and how it will be used or cared for. A clear photograph of an existing trim can be helpful, but it does not replace dimensions or an artwork file.
We review the construction before confirming a quotation. Minimum quantities, sample arrangements, setup requirements, production timing and delivery charges are project-specific and are stated in the written quotation. If a deadline is fixed, tell us before approving the order.
Can a screen preview show the exact final relief?
A preview helps communicate layout and colour placement but cannot establish the exact feel, flexibility or depth of a moulded product. Discuss physical sampling when those properties are essential to the application.
