Information in the current version
Send your request to our team. We will reply by email and arrange artwork sharing.
The design concept tool updates the preview in your browser. This version does not save the concept to a server. Hosting services may process request information such as IP addresses and access logs; the actual hosting configuration must be verified before launch.
Why information is used
Information you choose to send is used to review your enquiry, communicate with you and prepare the requested quotation or order discussion. Adding newsletter subscriptions or other marketing requires a separate documented process.
Recipients and transfers
Email and hosting providers may handle information as part of their services. Provider identities, processing locations and any applicable international transfer arrangements must be documented before the production site is published.
Retention and requests
We retain enquiries, artwork, order records and backups as needed to respond to requests, fulfil orders and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact our team with a request about your information.

Before new functionality is enabled
Direct submission, file uploads, analytics, payment processing and customer accounts will change the information flow. Update this notice after those services and their handling practices are decided.

Information you provide
Enquiry forms request contact details and project information so we can discuss a quotation. Artwork and attachments may contain brand or business information; submit only material you are authorised to share.
Access and correction
For questions about information you supplied, contact info@intimelabels.com with enough detail to identify the enquiry. Avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Third-party services
A WhatsApp link opens a service operated by WhatsApp. Social profile links open their respective platforms. Their own privacy practices apply when you choose to use those services. Hosting and mail providers process the information needed to deliver the site and enquiries.
Studio projects and artwork
When you submit a studio enquiry, the selected construction, text, colours, dimensions and preview are sent with your contact details to our team. A supplied raster logo is processed and included with the team enquiry. Temporary server processing copies are deleted after the mail attempt; correspondence and attachments remain subject to the applicable email retention practices described above.
Saving a studio draft on your device uses browser local storage. A downloaded project contains its configuration but not the uploaded logo file. Keep your original artwork separately. Do not upload artwork that you are not authorised to use.
Email updates and your choice
If you opt in through the footer form, we store your email address, consent date, subscription status and enquiry reference in a protected subscriber register. Our SMTP provider delivers a confirmation to you and a notification to our team. Each subscription confirmation includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing records your preference so we can honour it. You may also contact intimeprinters@gmail.com to request access, correction or removal.
Enquiry records and saved studio projects
Enquiry contact details, project notes, construction information and delivery status are stored privately so our team can respond even if email delivery fails. We retain up to the latest 2,000 records for up to 180 days; older records are removed when the register is next accessed. Artwork attachments are temporary during email sending and are not downloadable from this register.
If you choose Email a reopening link in the studio, we store your project configuration and optional processed artwork privately for up to 30 days. Anyone with the emailed link can open or delete that project, so keep it private. Access expires after 30 days; physical cleanup runs on subsequent project requests. Saving a project does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact intimeprinters@gmail.com about access, correction or removal.
Optional location map
The contact-page map connects to Google only after you choose Load Google Map. That connection shares technical information such as your IP address with Google. You can use our written address or contact details without loading the map.
Protecting forms from spam
Our forms use a basic human-check question, short-lived verification tokens, submission limits and a hidden spam-trap field. Verification records use hashed network identifiers and expire within their stated security windows. If the operator enables Cloudflare Turnstile, its challenge connects to Cloudflare to check the submission and is verified on our server. It is used for form security, not advertising. The default arithmetic check does not load an external challenge service.
Form protection with Google reCAPTCHA
When enabled, Google reCAPTCHA helps us protect enquiry, subscription and project-saving forms from automated abuse. The service loads when you use a protected form and may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and interactions. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Verification must succeed before we accept a submission. Essential form protection is separate from optional site preferences.
