We review the artwork and requested options, confirm the quotation and agree the production specification. Any artwork or sample approval requirements are discussed before production begins.

Artwork, approval and ordering
Send the original logo file together with finished width and height, quantity per design, required colours and delivery country. Tell us where the item will be attached and how it will be used or cared for. A clear photograph of an existing trim can be helpful, but it does not replace dimensions or an artwork file.
We review the construction before confirming a quotation. Minimum quantities, sample arrangements, setup requirements, production timing and delivery charges are project-specific and are stated in the written quotation. If a deadline is fixed, tell us before approving the order.
Can I quote a coordinated packaging set?
Yes. List each item separately with its own dimensions, quantity and artwork version. A shared brand colour does not guarantee identical appearance across paper, film, fabric and moulded materials, so explain which matching relationships are most important.

Decals and adhesive applications
For decals or printed adhesive branding, describe the application surface and indoor or outdoor use. Specify size, shape, artwork, quantity, finish and whether each design is supplied separately or on sheets. Adhesion, removal and exposure performance must be reviewed for the actual substrate; do not assume one adhesive suits every surface.
