| Option | What to consider |
|---|---|
| Material | State whether you need genuine leather or a faux-leather alternative. Colour, grain and thickness must be agreed for the selected material. |
| Branding | Debossed and other suitable marking options are reviewed with the material. Fine detail may appear differently from printed artwork. |
| Natural variation | Natural leather can vary in grain and colour. Explain any matching requirements before approving a material. |
| Attachment | Sew-on and adhesive options are considered against placement and use. Include holes or stitch margins in the drawing. |
| Production route | Leather debossing is supplied through vetted partners. Ask for the specific documentation relevant to your order. |
Artwork, approval and ordering
Send the original logo file together with finished width and height, quantity per design, required colours and delivery country. Tell us where the item will be attached and how it will be used or cared for. A clear photograph of an existing trim can be helpful, but it does not replace dimensions or an artwork file.
We review the construction before confirming a quotation. Minimum quantities, sample arrangements, setup requirements, production timing and delivery charges are project-specific and are stated in the written quotation. If a deadline is fixed, tell us before approving the order.
How should I specify a faux-leather patch?
Describe the required composition or sourcing restrictions rather than using “leather” as a catch-all term. Include the intended wash exposure and garment application. Material terminology and any claims should match the approved supplier specification.
