Choose the specification in the right order
Start with placement
Tell us whether the item will sit inside a garment, on an outer panel, on an accessory or on packaging. Skin contact, garment weight and available sewing space help narrow the suitable construction.
Compare the surface
Woven construction gives a flatter yarn-built design; embroidery adds stitched texture; moulded PVC or silicone creates relief. Printed labels and sublimation offer another route for suitable multicolour artwork.
Select the attachment
Sew-on, heat-applied, adhesive and removable hook-and-loop options serve different purposes. Describe the receiving fabric, wash exposure and whether the item needs to be removable.
Approve the complete result
Review dimensions, colours, border, fold and backing together. Ask for a sample discussion when feel, texture or application performance cannot be judged from artwork alone.
